Accessibility policy

Here we want to work on the accessibility policy that should be proposed to the Wikimedia Foundation. In a nutshell the policy should say: The Wikimedia Foundation takes care of accessibility seriously. Any action towards better accessibility is supported e.g. meeting Section 508 or WCAG 2.0. Any action against accessibility is e.g. something like you’d break one of the five pillars.
