Suggestions for managed file attributes

There are a couple of attributes that should be embedded into file pages and shouldn't be changed. The license and file type. This could allow seaching by file type and license, which isn't currently possible. The license should only be downward changeable by the author. For example, changing from GFDL to CC-by-sa should be possible, but not the other way around. What do u think?--Diaa abdelmoneim 08:23, 3 December 2009 (UTC)
